#Chicken Recipe this is totally my innovatie fusion chicken recipe . Chicken cooked in Coconut cream , brown onion paste and red chilli paste . It hot and spicy chicken serve with Bengali style sweet Rice .

350 gramchicken pieces
1/2 cupCoconut cream
1 cupbrown onion paste
2 tablespoonred chilli paste
1 teaspooncumin paste
1/2 cuptomato puree
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonsugar
1 teaspoongaram masala powder
4-5Whole garam masala
3 tablespoonghee

Heat ghee in a pan add whole garam masala and fry for 1 minutes.

Now add the Chicken pieces and fry until the chicken change its colour.

Now add the cumin powder, salt, chilli paste and sugar and mix well.

Now add the tomato puree mix well and cooked in low medium heat.

Add the brown onion paste and mix well add the Coconut cream and cover the lid and allow to cook for 4 - 5 minutes.

Check if chicken is cooked completely switch off the flame and sprinkle garam masala powder and serve.
