Steps

Prepare dough with flour and milk and mix a raw egg in it

Make small balls from the dough, spread the balls in even sheets and over a salae (tawa) cook the dough sheets folded by 3-fold technique so that a packet is formed in it.

While the dough sheet is being cooked, prepare the egg filling by whisking the egg with salt and pepper.

When the dough sheet is still semi cooked, fill the whisked egg filling in tge packet formed in the dough sheet.

Wait until both, the sheet as well as the egg filling cooked, once done, remove from salae. The base of paratha is prepared.

Top the paratha with crushed boiled eggs and cheese and microwave until the cheese melts.

Cut the prepared paratha, plate it and seeve it with cool green chutney.
