Ingredients

1 headcauliflower
1/2 cupwater
1lemon
1 clovegarlic
Salt
Pinchblack pepper
3 cupsoil for frying

Steps

Trim and clean the cauliflower, then fry it in oil.

Place it in a pot, crush the garlic with salt, add a pinch of black pepper, and pour in 1/2 cup of water. Let it boil.

Lower the heat until the water evaporates. Serve the stewed cauliflower with lemon. A delicious and easy dish. 😋
