The customer prefers the orishishi meat to normal beef and it taste good though.
Steps

Wash and boil the orishishi meat and stockfish with salt,onion and knorr cubes for 15minutes.
- 2
Grate the okro with big part of the grater.slice onion inside it and beat very well.

Add more water to the boiled meat add red oil and cover to boil for 10minutes.
- 4
Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper and add to the boiling meat.add salt and knorr cubes.
- 5
Stir and pour in the grater okro stir and tirn off the heat.
