Ingredients

30minutes
4 servings
  1. 400 gramprawn
  2. 2onions paste
  3. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  4. 1 teaspoonturmuric powder
  5. 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  6. 1 teaspoonjeera seeds
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 2green cardamoms
  9. 2cloves
  10. 1" cinnamon
  11. To tastesalt and sugar
  12. As neededoil and ghee

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and marinate the prawn with salt and turmuric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add the prawn shallow fry and keep aside

  3. 3

    Add whole garam masala jeera bay leaf

  4. 4

    Now add onion paste saute adding salt and turmuric powder

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste saute adding red chilli powder and jeera powder

  6. 6

    Add the prawns and cover allow it to simmer

  7. 7

    Finally add coconut milk and sugar

  8. 8

    Garnish it with ghee and garam masala and serve
