Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dal
  2. 2 tspmoongdal yellow
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 cupCurd
  5. 1 tspCaster sugar
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspRosted cumin seeds powder
  8. as neededOil
  9. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  10. 1Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Both dal sock for 7-8 hours

  2. 2

    Crush with green chilli

  3. 3

    Add salt & baking soda make better in dropping consistency

  4. 4

    Fry wada than add in water

  5. 5

    Press wada with your palm

  6. 6

    Do all wada with same process if u want u can use buttermilk also

  7. 7

    Remove excess water

  8. 8

    Now keep all wada in plate

  9. 9

    Curd+ caster sugar mix well

  10. 10

    Pour sweet curd on wada sprinkle salt,red chilli powder,jeera powder
