Ingredients

  1. 100 gTomatoes
  2. 200 gRice
  3. 50 gPeas
  4. 1 tbspVinaigrette
  5. PinchSalt

Steps

15 Minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the required ingredients

  2. 2

    Plain boil the rice, until tender

  3. 3

    Blanch the peas lightly. They should not be overcooked

  4. 4

    Skin and de-seed the tomatoes

  5. 5

    Cut the tomatoes into dice

  6. 6

    When the rice and peas are ready, mix them together using a fork

  7. 7

    Add in the de-seeded tomatoes

  8. 8

    Add in the vinaigrette

  9. 9

    Correct the seasoning

  10. 10

    Serve as an appetizer

  11. 11

    Enjoy your rice salad
