Ingredients

3 servings
  1. For pakora:-
  2. 1/2onion chopped
  3. 1/2 tspkashmiri chilli powder
  4. Pinchturmeric powder
  5. 1/4 cupgram flour
  6. Pinchbaking soda
  7. 1green chilli chopped
  8. 2 tbspwater
  9. Oil for frying
  10. For besan curd mixture:-
  11. 1 cupthick curd
  12. 1/4 cupgram flour
  13. Pinchturmeric powder
  14. 3/4 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  15. 1/2 tbspginger+garlic paste
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1-1/2 cupwater
  18. Other ingredient for tadka:-
  19. 2 tbspoil
  20. 3/4 tspmustard seeds
  21. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  22. 5-6fenugreek seeds
  23. 1/2 tspcoriander seeds crushed
  24. 1dried red chilli
  25. leavesFew curry
  26. 1/2onion chopped
  27. 2 tspCoriander leaves chopped

    Take all ingredient for pakora in a small bowl mix make a batter,make small balls and deep fry, once turned golden brown, drain keep aside.

    In a large mixing bowl take curd and gram flour, add turmeric, chilli powder, ginger+ garlic paste, salt add 1 cup of water whisk and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Take oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli, curry leaves saute for few second add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Now add prepared besan curd mixture and mix for 15 minutes, the mixture will start to thicken cook for 10-12 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finally top with onion pakora heat off. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
