  • 8Thin Streaky Bacon
  • 2Ripe Avocados
  • 2 tbspOlive Oil/Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbspFresh Lemon juice
  • 1 CloveGarlic
  • PinchSalt

Steps

10 Minutes

    Grill the bacon until brown and crispy

  2. 2

    Cut the bacon into the desired sizes

  3. 3

    Grate the garlic finely

  4. 4

    In a bowl, whisk the lemon juice with the grated garlic

  5. 5

    Season the mixture with a pinch of salt/pepper

  6. 6

    Halve the avocados and remove the seeds

  7. 7

    Peel and cut into desired dices

  8. 8

    Serve as an appetizer

  9. 9

    Enjoy the salad
