Steps
- 1
A bowl, add in the dry ingredients apart from the beef...add in your water and knead into a smooth soft dough. Let your dough rest for about 30 min
- 2
Portion your dough into small even balls and arrange on a flour dusted surface
- 3
Roll out the balls into small evenly flattened circles
- 4
Layer the circles by oiling the surface before placing another on top for easy peel off ahead.
- 5
Roll out the layered circles into almost one.
- 6
On a heated pan...place the rolled out layers. Use moderate heat to avoid burning of the layers. As they cook peel off one layer after the other and set aside
- 7
Cut layers into quarters
- 8
Mix flour and water to make a thick paste that acts as glue in the making of pockets
- 9
One after the other take the quarters folding one side, apply the flour mixture
- 10
Fold the other side onto the glued surface to create a triangular shape
- 11
Add in your beef minced meat.
- 12
Seal it and deep in a hot cooking oil to fry for 1 min serve hot with tea
