Watermelon rind curry

At first remove water melon flesh from rind

Peel water melon rind one by one and chopped like cube and keep side.

Put it in to the pressure cooker and wait for 2 whistle for boiling well.

Put some oil in the pan and heat it well
- 5
Put salt,sugar,turmeric powder,crushed vadies, red chilli and mix it nicely.

Now put water in that curry and cook for 5 min.

Garnish it with vadies and serve it hot with rice.
