Heat the oil in a large skillet. Cook the pork for 1 minute on each side. Place in a 4 quart slow cooker. Pour the remaining ingredients over the meat. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

If the sauce is very thin, pour into a saucepan and cook until it reduces. Drizzle the sauce on the ribs and serve.
