Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 5 lbchicken thighs
  2. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  3. 1 lbyukon gold potatoes
  4. 2onion, thinly sliced
  5. 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 1/4 cuphoney
  7. 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  8. 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  9. 1 tablespoonrosemary
  10. 1 teaspoonsalt
  11. 1/4 teaspoonpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil.

  2. 2

    Add chicken, brown on all sides.

  3. 3

    Place potatoes, onions and garlic in slow cooker and top with chicken.

  4. 4

    Stir together honey, lemon juice, cornstarch, rosemary, salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Pour over chicken.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 on high.
