In a bowl add grated paneer, grated boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, salt, Cummin powder.

Add corn starch and all purpose flour 1 teaspoon oil and make a dough for koftas.

With your palms make small balls of dough and stuffed with crushed dry nuts. Roll it in dry maida and make a round balls.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry all koftas in slow flame till it's brown.

Koftas is ready.

In a pan heat 2 tablespoons oil add Cummin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, onion, tomatos, green chills,cashu and almond and cook for 2 minutes.

After cooling grind this in a grinding jar and stran it.

Again heat some oil in a pan and add the paste of gravy. Cook for 4-5 minutes add salt, fresh cream, kasuri methi and off the flame. Curry is ready.

Place the koftas in a bowl and pour gravy on it. Garnish with cream.

Serve with chapati or rice.
