Raw Banana is full of vitamins and nutrients. We generally eat the fleshy part and discard the skin part. Skin part also has the same nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Today I made Chutney or Bharta of the peels of raw bananas. It's really so yummy and tasty.

Steps

Wash the banana and pressure cook 2 whistles.

Cool and cut both ends of bananas. Peel out skin.

Grind skin in a mixer with little water.

Heat oil in a pan. Add zeera, onion, garlic and chilli. Fry for 2 mins.

Now add tomato, zeera paste, mustard paste, salt, sugar and haldi powder with 2 tbsp water. Cook till the water dried up.

Add the banana paste from grinder and cook until a bit thickness.

Green banana peels chutney is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves.
