Ingredients

25 minutes
5 servings
  • 200 gramsSpaghetti
  • 2litresWater
  • to tasteSalt and chilli according
  • 1 cupCarrot finely chopped
  • 1 cupPeas pearls
  • 1/2 cupBroccoli florets
  • 1 cupOnion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonSoya sauce
  • 1 teaspoonChilli sauce
  • 1/4 bunchCoriander leaves to garnish
  • as neededOil
  • 1 teaspoonOregano

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    First keep water on flame and boil spaghetti till it softens.

  2. 2

    Now drain spaghetti in cold water and Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Now take oil in a pan and roast onions till transparent.

  4. 4

    Now add carrots, Broccoli and peas.

  5. 5

    Cook vegetables till it become soft but not mushy. Add all spices.

  6. 6

    Now add spaghetti in vegetables with all sauces. Mix it well.

  7. 7

    Mix very softly so that spaghetti well coated with sauces. switch off the flame.

  8. 8

    Spaghetti is ready to enjoy. Serve hot.
