Ingredients

  • 3soup spoon palm oil
  • 1 tspehuru
  • 1 tspogiri
  • 1 tbsdry pepper blended
  • 1 handfulöf ugba
  • 3 tbsmmiri ngor
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 handfulsliced utashi leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the mmiri ngor with the oil till the oil looks yellow,

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients and mix, put the ugba and utashi, mix all together, taste for salt and pepper and adjust.

  3. 3

    You can use it for your yam, cocoyam or even potato.
