Stir potatoes, onion, eggs, flour and salt together.

In a skillet over med-high heat, heat oil until hot. Place large spoonsfuls of potato mixture into the hot oil, pressing them down to 0.5-0.7 cm thick patties.

Brown on one side, turn and brown on the other. Let drain on paper towels. Serve hot!
