  • 1/2 cupWhite chana
  • 4Tomato
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 4-5Garlic cloves
  • 3Onion
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • As neededOil
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli Pow
  • 1 tspJeera powder
  • 1 tspDhaniya pow
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2Patato
  • As neededCorrriender leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak both chana over night

  2. 2

    Boil that chana with 2 patato

  3. 3

    Then and other pan aad oil jeera mustard seeds

  4. 4

    Ginger garlic paste and tomato

  5. 5

    Then add all powder masala

  6. 6

    Lastly add that boil chana and cook for 5mint

  7. 7

    Lastly afd garam masala and corrriender leaves..
