Melt margarine then add cup of sugar

Add eggs, milk and fruit mince mix them together

In a separate bowl add flour,maize meal, cream of tartar and bicarbonate of soda

Then bring them to one place and mix pour the mixture in an enamel bowl

Pour hot water in a large pot then place the enamel bowl inside close the lid and steam for 3 hours
