Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour dough of one pratha
  2. 1 tablespoonMashed potatoes
  3. 1 tspFinely chopped onion
  4. to tasteSalt and red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Make roti of dough, add onion and aloo stuffing, sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.

  2. 2

    Seal like a momos bol, then make paratha.

  3. 3

    Cook on tava, make crispy with ghee.

  4. 4

    Aloo pratha is ready.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
