This is an authentic sweet of Bengal.It has a unique taste with a rich aroma of kesar ,jaifal and javitri.I skipped the silver leaf on health ground and kept it simple.

This is an authentic sweet of Bengal.It has a unique taste with a rich aroma of kesar ,jaifal and javitri.I skipped the silver leaf on health ground and kept it simple.
Steps

At first peel and deseed the parwal. Soak into alum water for 6-7 hours

Remove it from the water and wash with plain water

Now prepare a sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and 2 cup water
- 4
Add jaifal,javitri and kesar allow it to boil
- 5
Add the parwal and boil.Keep it on low flame till it becomes soft.

In the meantime prepare a filling with mawa, Coconut,sugar and rice flour

Add crushed cardamom and mix well

Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool down

Remove the parwal from the sugar syrup once it get properly soft

Take spoonful of the filling and fill it inside of the parwal

Sprinkle rose water and keep in the refrigerator

Serve it cool
