Ingredients

  1. 20-24badam or almonds
  2. 500 mlFull cream milk
  3. to tasteSugar according
  4. Saffron few strands (optional)
  5. 1/8 tspGreen cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak almonds for at least 6 hours. Peel the skin.

  2. 2

    Crush saffron with the help of your fingers. Refrigerated saffron easily gets crushed and blends well with the milk.

  3. 3

    Bring 2 cups of milk to a boil, add saffron, sugar and cardamom powder.
    While the milk boils, blend the almonds with little water to a smooth paste.

  4. 4

    You can as well blend sugar saffron cardamom and almonds to a smooth paste.
    Add this to the boiling milk.
    Simmer for 2 minutes. off the heat.

  5. 5

    Let the temperature come down to warm before you serve or u can serve chilled shake or hot

  6. 6

    Whatever u like..now decorate with so some pistachios,almond and saffron....😊
