Steps

Take Pressure cooker,putmustard oil, keep warm for frying jackfruit.

Fry jackfruit prices and keep aside.

Put tadka ingredients in rest of the oil after crackle put desi ghee- in it

After cracking tadka add chopped onion cook till golden brown
- 5
Add gingergarlic paste &cook for 2 min
- 6
Add all dry spices and little beat water...Cook til when spicesleave the oil.

Add jackfruit mix well for 2 min and add 1cup of water
- 8
Pressure cook for 2 whistle.

Once it cool garnish with green corriender and serve with chapati or rice.
