Yam and Egg Scrambled Sauce

Slice and wash yam and parboil add little salt and dash of sugar then cook till its tender remove from heat and drain

Heat up a frying pan, then pour the vegetable oil in it
While you are boiling yam, dice pepper, onions, green bell pepper and tomatoes and pour everything into the heated pan except the green bell pepper.

Break eggs, add salt to it and then whisk eggs and set aside, add knorr cube then stir into the sauce

Pour eggs into the pan and then scramble; finally add green bell pepper and stir

Was its cooked turn off heat and serve
