Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cupor more if needed. cornstarch
  • 2 poundsassorted porkchops, 4
  • 1-1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonseasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoonground white pepper powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 pintoil to fry in

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dry the porkchops. Add seasonings to the pork.

    Heat the oil. Season the flour with the salt.

  3. 3

    Dredge the pork chops in the cornstarch.

    Add the chops to a gallon sized ziploc bag. Then add the flour. Let it sit in the flour for 7 minutes then fry in the hot oil.

    Turn as needed. Fry till all are done. Stack on paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil.

    Let them rest.
