Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. Chop the broccoli into small pieces and slice the mushrooms thinly.

Sauté the seafood until just cooked, then add the milk, cheese, vegetables, and all seasonings. At this stage, it might feel like making soup. Stay calm; I was surprised too when I first made it. Keep stirring.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the pre-cooked spaghetti noodles. Continue stirring and scraping the pan as the cheese will start to stick to the bottom. It will still be quite liquid at this point, so be patient.

Once it thickens, it will look like the picture. Serve immediately. This recipe serves 4 people.
