Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the yam with salt until tender and set aside

  2. 2

    Blend the onions, tomatoes and pepper and fry in oil until dry

  3. 3

    Then add maggi, salt and curry

  4. 4

    Add meat stock

  5. 5

    Break the eggs inside bowl, add salt

  6. 6

    Then fry egg in small oil

  7. 7

    Serve
