I have learnt many more dishes from my mom but this dish (besan chakki) is my mom's and my favorite dish and it is close to my heart.. so I'm sharing this amazing dish.. It's my moms recipe and she used to prepare it with her magical hand and it's taste was very Amazing. ....She is no more but her blessing is always with me and This recipe is dedicated to my mom

Take a bowl put besan (gram flour) semolina put 2 tbsp ghee and add milk and make a soft dough

Now take a lump of dough in your palm and press it bye closing the palm to form muthiya.

Heat a Kadai and put ghee and all muthiya fry it til lightly golden brown
Let it completely cool down - 4
Now crushed muthiya and grind it and stain it

Now again heat a Kadai put some ghee and add mixture of besan roast it till turn to golden in colour

Add crushed cashew and almond
Crushed gond and fry it - 7
In another pan put sugar and some water and heat it till sugar is dissolved on medium flame and make 1 string consistency

Now add cordamom powder in besan mixture and stire well

Take a plate grease with ghee and put the mixture and set properly

Now cut in to pieces and sprinkle fried gond, chopped pista and charoli

Besan chakki is ready

It's Dilecious dish without khoya

This besan chakki can be Store up to 10-12days
