Steps

Marinate the eggs with salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil in a pan add eggs and fry well,keep aside

Now fry the Potatoes and keep aside

Add more oil in the pan heat and temper jeera seeds,bay leaf and red chilli whole

Add onion saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger paste and tomato puree mix well

Add Potatoes saute well add water and cover it for 10 minutes

Finally add the eggs,sugar and boil well

Garnish it with slitted green chilli and garam masala powder
