Cheddar Cheese Sloppy Joe

There are so many different sloppy joes recipes out there. This is a mild version that kids can eat. I didn't make it sweet nor sour. It's not spicy. It does have a lot of flavor. In my youth it seemed like I could eat a lot of sloppy joes at one setting, these seem to be hearty and delicious filling me up. I did leave the beef in big chunks.
