Ingredients

  • 1 cupBottlegourd grated-
  • 4cupMilk-(Boiled),
  • 1-1/2 tbspSugar-
  • 1/4 tspGreen cardamon powder
  • 1/2 tspKewda water-
  • Dry fruits as per your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and place it on gas stove,put milk and grated bottlegourd.

  2. 2

    Cook on medium flame untill milk quantity left just half.

  3. 3

    Add sugar mix well boil for a couple of min. Add cardmom powder and kewda water,turn off the gas stove.

  4. 4

    Add dry fruits, serve hot or chilled as ur choice.
