Ingredients

1 cupBottlegourd grated-
4cupMilk-(Boiled),
1-1/2 tbspSugar-
1/4 tspGreen cardamon powder
1/2 tspKewda water-
Dry fruits as per your choice

Steps

1

Take a pan and place it on gas stove,put milk and grated bottlegourd.

Cook on medium flame untill milk quantity left just half.
3

Add sugar mix well boil for a couple of min. Add cardmom powder and kewda water,turn off the gas stove.
4

Add dry fruits, serve hot or chilled as ur choice.
