In a bowl combine 1cup maida, salt, sugar, baking powder & soda & curd mix well.

Next add water & make a non sticky, soft dough.

Add 1tbsp oil & coad well.

Cover with cloth and rest for minimum 1 hours.

After an hour pinch a mediam/ small size ball.

Dust with some maida & roll to a ovel shape using rolling pin.

Make sure you do not make too thin or thick.

Apply water on one side of naan.

Now slowly flip over & put it on hot tawa.

Slightly press, this helps the naan to stick on to the tawa upside it will be intact.

Brush some butter over the naan.

Now after a min flip the tawa upside down & cook naan on fleam till they golden brown.

Finally add more some butter.

Serve hot
