Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled oats
  2. 1/2 cupboiled rice
  3. 2potatoes boiled
  4. 1 cupveggies (onion,Carrot,cabbage,cauliflower and peas)chopped
  5. 2 tbsppaneer mashed
  6. 1 tsppeanuts crushed
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspchat masala
  11. 1/2 tspseasoning
  12. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  13. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  14. 2-3cheese cube
  15. 2 tbspdry oats
  16. For slurry
  17. 1/2 tspcorn flour
  18. 1/2 tspmaida

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add boil rice,oats and potatoes.

  2. 2

    Now add vegetables,peanuts,paneer,all spices and coriander leaves and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now make balls from this and stuff cheese in it and bind them properly.

    Then take a bowl and add 1/2tsp cornflour, 1/2tsp maida, pinch of salt and mix it with water to make a consistent batter.

  5. 5

    Now dip the prepared balls in it and coat it with oats and deep fry till golden brown.

    Now serve hot with green chutney.
