  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspteaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tsp saunf
  • 2teaspoon jaggery
  • 2 tspSesame oil
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 Big onion

    Kerele kka chilka nikal kar beech se do tukro me cut kar le 30 minutes ke liye salt lega kar rekh de

    Onion ko kaddukas kar le

    Gas par karahi rekh kar ges jalaye oil daal kar garam hone par soof dale phir onion dal kar pink hone tak bhune

    Karele pani se dho le

  5. 5

    Onion me haldi powder daal kar ek minut tak bhune phir kerele daal kar mix karein gas dhemi kar ke dhak de jab kerele gal jaye tak aam ka guda mila kar 2 minutes pakaye phir gur dale or sare masale daal kar acche se bhune lijiye teyar hai khatte meethe kerele ki sabji
