Take a bowl semolina, gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, 1 teaspoon sugar mix it well then keep it aside for 10min.

Add baking soda mix it well then Grease the idli tray.

Add water in idli pots heat it then pour idli batter in it and steam it on medium flame for 10min.

Meanwhile take a tadka pan add oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chilli saute then add curry leaves stir it then add 1/2cup water and sugar cook for 5min.

Turn off the flame, after 10min demould the dhokha idli and put Tadka on it.

Super delicious mother's day special Dhokla Idli is ready to serve serve it with chutney.
