Steps

Blend all flours and clarified butter in mixer

Now make semi stiff dough with help of water and all other ingredients other than oil.

Now cover the dough with samp cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Now divide the dough in equal portions

Take one by one all portion and roll chapati

Now cut it's strips

Now heat oil in one pan and fry it from Both sides in low flame till turns out crispy.

Or bake it for 10-12 minutes in greased try at 180°c temperature.

Enjoy yummy crispy oats papdi.
