2green chillies chopped
1 teaspoonnigella seeds
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar

Cut the okra into small pieces

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add the okra pieces,stir and cover
4

Remove the cover and fry adding salt and turmeric powder
5

Finally add sugar and mix well

The okra fry is ready to serve
