Preheat the oven at 190 degree celcius. Collect all items at one place.

In a big bowl add in besan and oats flour,salt,sugar, chilli and turmeric powder.

Add vegetables,oil and curd.Mix well.

Add flax seeds, baking soda,green chilli paste. Mix well Keep for 5 min. Consistency should be pouring.Now pour the batter in a greased baking tray and bake it for half an hour.

You prick the knife into cake if it comes out clean then cake is done.

Cool it and serve after garnishing it.
