Take a cooker add daal then add 1. 5glass water, turmeric and salt cook till 4-5 whistle.

Take a bowl add wheat flour then add water to make a soft dough.

Make puri from the dough then make it in flower shape.

After 5 whistle turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.

Open the cover then add garlic paste and red chilli powder cook for 5min then add wheat flour flower and cook on medium flame for 10-12min.

Take a tadka pan add ghee then add cumin seeds saute then add onion fry till it golden brown then put it in pitha.

Maa ki pasand Pitha is ready to serve serve it by garnish of gram masala and chaat masala.
