  1. 3 canscanned chicken, drained
  2. 1 Tbspcilantro, finely chopped
  3. 1/2 tspchili powder, or more to taste
  4. 3avocados, halved lengthwise and pitted
  5. 1 tsplime juice, or to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Stir chicken, cilantro, and chili powder together in a bowl.

    Arrange avocado halves on serving dish and sprinkle with lime juice. Spoon chicken mixture into avocado havles.

    For extra spice a few drops of Tamazula (Mexican hot sauce)

  4. 4

    I find it easier to add the lime juice to the chicken and then stir in cilantro and chili powder.
