Ingredients

  • 7 ounceschicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cupcoconut milk (250 ml)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonsred curry paste
  • 1 tablespoonpalm sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsfish sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsliced red chili
  • 1 tablespoonsliced kaffir lime leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and stir-fry the curry paste until the oil separates, then add the coconut milk.

  2. 2

    Once the coconut milk boils, add the prepared chicken breast. Let it cook for a while, then season with fish sauce and palm sugar. Adjust the taste as desired.

  3. 3

    When the chicken is cooked, sprinkle with sliced kaffir lime leaves and red chili. Turn off the heat and serve.
