Panang Chicken Curry

Heat a pan and stir-fry the curry paste until the oil separates, then add the coconut milk.

Once the coconut milk boils, add the prepared chicken breast. Let it cook for a while, then season with fish sauce and palm sugar. Adjust the taste as desired.

When the chicken is cooked, sprinkle with sliced kaffir lime leaves and red chili. Turn off the heat and serve.
