Frozen Chocolate Banana Lollies

I picked up some lolly sticks in a pound shop and I've seen them in supermarkets too. These lollies are so easy to make, and frozen banana really tastes like ice cream! My children really love these ones. I covered mine with chopped almonds, but you could use hundreds and thousands, or desiccated coconut as an alternative. This a great #dairyfree alternative to ice cream too.

Steps
- 1
Peel the bananas and cut into 3.
- 2
Gently push a lolly stick up into the centre of each banana, so that it reaches nearly to the top but not quite.
- 3
Place each banana on a stick onto a plate and freeze for 2 hours.
- 4
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave, or in a bowl sitting over a pan of boiling water.
- 5
Dip each frozen banana in the chocolate and then sprinkle with the nuts.
