Wash rice and soak for 15 minutes. Boil rice in water with black cardamom, cinammon stick, pepper corns and cloves..Strain the rice

Cube the Paneer and marinate it in curd,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomato puree,lime juice and salt.

Heat a frying pan with oil add ginger garlic paste and fry marinated paneer till it turns brown in colour.

Sprinkle lime juice and salt on rice when cold.Then carefully run the fork through the rice to mix up without breaking the rice.

Heat a big wok with ghee on low flame.Add onions and fry till golden brown in colour. Add turmeric and chilli powder.

Add rice, biryani Masala.Cook for about a minute

Add Paneer.Mix well.

Garnish and Serve hot with raita.
