Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2/50 gramwhite chane boiled
  • 10 gramchana daal
  • 2small onions paste
  • 2 pcgarlic paste
  • 1/2 inchGinger paste
  • 4tomatoes paste
  • 1big Elaichi
  • 2Bay leaf
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 spoonvegetables oil
  • 1tea bag
  • 1 Spoonroasted zeera powder
  • 1 Spoonimli pulp
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves
  • 1 Spoonchana masala

Steps

45 minutes..min
  1. 1

    Boil socked chana with salt..big Elaichi.. tea bag..and tez patta

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute till light brown.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes saute till dark brown.

  5. 5

    Mix boiled chana..and boiled chana daal...saute for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Add water and imli pulp and red chilli

  7. 7

    Heat 20...25 minutes on simmer flame

  8. 8

    It's ready to serve garnish with green chillies, small ginger sticks..and coriander leaves.

  9. 9

    Serve with zeera rice..and mango pickel
