Ingredients

  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • 1 cupsugar or to taste
  • As neededChopped almonds
  • 4 1/2 cupCup water
  • 2big spoon ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a wok add ghee, add suji and, aata together.

  2. 2

    Roast till then kuch brown.

  3. 3

    Add water and stirr continuously.cook till then thick.

  4. 4

    When halva will be thick add sugar.

  5. 5

    Cook again 2-3 minute.

  6. 6

    Switch off gass.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
