Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly coat the spinach with the oil.

Add seasoning of choice. Could be garlic salt, steak seasoning, Italian seasoning, or anything you dream up! Season to your taste.

Arrange the spinach in a single layer on an oiled pan.

Bake at 325°F for 6-8 minutes.
