Supperghetti with beef stew and fried vegetables

Boil water first. Add the Supperghetti and some salt to taste. And let it boil at little heat.

After cocked refresh the Supperghetti.

In another sauce pan put some sliced onions and shallow fry them.

Add tomato paste, coriander and little salt.

Add the Supperghetti and stir at a gentle heat. For a few minutes.

Squize two leomos in warm water and add the meat to become tender.

Shallow fry the onions.

Add the meat inside. And fry for a while at a gentle heat

Add two tomatoes,carrots, salt and cover for while.

Fry onions add the carrots and peas and fry them for a while. To be crunch.
