Shred and steam broccoli and cauliflower just for 10 minutes and put aside to cool

In a bowl put the cooled broccoli and cauliflower,add green apple(removed seeds and diced)

Add diced cheese and raisins together with chopped red bell pepper then dress with mayonnaise

Served with grilled chicken,dumpling and veggies
